Question for Scam - Guild Wars Forums

I have a question....
I've being scammed just 2 minutes ago..A guy was offering Z service, 1 key=3 drops...
Ok the question is : I have take over 15 screen shots, with the guy spamming service, Pm on me that he said 20keys = 60 drops and a final screen shot with my trade and the guyz left (a screen who confirm it).
How can i do to report this guy?He ignored me so i cant PM him,and i can normal report because i dont know where is it.

Please email ANET and let us know what the GM says. I hope his a$$ gets banned for at least 1 month.

yep email ANET about this. Also if you want that service there are a few like that in the GW froums part under "Services" these are alot safer adn have a higher chance of not being scammed. I wont say that you wont get scammed but its highley unlikely that you will.
Gl getting your zkeys back( through farming and such anet wont return them to you).

i went to the PlayNC support webpage. Explain what happened and upload a few of your screen shots. They will check the chat logs. Its best to do it right away so they have a good estimate of when the time was that it happened... hang on.. i will find the link for you...

it only took them 3 days to suspend this guy who scammed me.

First i want thanks all for help!
I've open a Suport question in Ncsoft with 5/6 screens (yes i always do SS even i trade with 100% good guys,just to be sure) and im waiting for anwers.

Bad thing this..in other games GM or Admin or programmers always give back items in case of scam, btw im not crying for 20 z keys, im crying for JUSTICE!!All i want is that guy banned, nothing else, and if they give me back the keys good, if not np..they worth 100k in total, 2/3 days of farming and i get them back.
I really hate scammers,i hope they do something :\

You might also want to post a message to Guru admin in case the scammer has an account here and offers 'services'.

Just send a Private Message to Inde or one of the other admins, they can check if that guy offers his corrupt business here on guru and ban hammer him from here at least.

Inde is no longer an active admin here on Guru. She still helps out, but has done more than her part for the site and given up the reins. You can check the Staff List for an up to date listing although that list is missing JR.

If you are concerned that someone might have a scam thread in Services, you should contact one of the Ventari's mods. Jenn and Engage are Ventari's Super Mods and are probably the best to contact.

Takes a few days for a GM to respond back. I believe I submitted mine on Wed or Thursday of last week and got a response on Monday.

The GM told me he/she review the trade transaction and stated the buyer did try to scam me and his/her account was suspended. The scammer tried to pull the 100g instead of 100k on me. Scammer thought he could out smart me, but I was ready w/ my finger on PrtScrn and capture it immediately within milliseconds

I added the person to my friend list so when he/she comes back from his/her banned, I would PM them and say "Enjoy your banned for trying to pull that 100g scam?"

Ok i got the anwer from support....the guy will be banned (temporaly???LOL) and i cant got my items back..wow hard from programmer wrote 2 command line to create items or/and modify inventory...in other games (100% free) mods were able to make this, in GW no lol...
